About Us
Our team is passionate about providing a natural solution for the many women who suffer from pelvic health disorders and equipping them with tools for a healthier lifestyle.

When the body gets healthy, it begins to restore itself and our mission is to restore hope and empower women to be confident in themselves through pelvic floor therapy.
Meet the Team.
Chris Schlehr
Chris is a Pelvic Floor Specialist of over 10 years. She uses specialized equipment to evaluate the pelvic muscle, and electrical stimulation to strengthen and restore function to the muscle. Your doctor diagnoses and establishes a plan of care for your pelvic floor dysfunctions and Chris supports their plan with Inofffice Pelvic Floor Therapy. Chris was trained and certified by experts with over 100 years of experience in this field, followed by a lenghty mentorship. The comprehensive pelvic floor education on fluid management, lifestyle modifications and bladder training techniques have been developed in collaboration with several well known Urogynecologist. The proprietary 5 Step Strategies to manage and resolve OAB, constipation, bladder leakage and painful intercourse have allowed countless women who suffered with these issues for years to experience relief. She has been recognized and asked to train many large Ob/Gyn practices throughout the southeast on her pelvic floor therapy program, including two nurses at Emory University’s Obgyn department.
So as not to create confusion, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist uses different techniques and is trained to treat other parts of the body as well. Your doctor determines which one they feel is best to help you reach your goals.
